How do I return an item?

First of all, thank you for your purchase at www.Angry-Itch.com and the trust you have placed in us!

Of course, not everything always fits when you buy online...
No problem! 

Follow these simple steps when returning an item:

Send the items to the following address within the 30-day withdrawal period:

Please include a copy of the invoice with your request (exchange/refund) in the package.
This makes it much easier for us to process the return.

Please refrain from returning goods carriage forward, as in this case we would have to deduct the costs incurred by us from the refund amount.

Your return will be processed by us within 1-2 working days of its arrival. 
We will ship exchange shipments as quickly as possible. 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment.
